For people like me that have very weird foibles (such as my refusal to enter qi pools), would love to be able to create an additional mine entrance, maybe even requiring a certain level of power, reputation (with the sect), or anything else that feels appropriate. That way a bad mine seed doesn't kill a run.

This could be donw whit a reset mine button, pressing it will remove all paths you discovered and randomise your seed, that way it would have a use for players who don't like it once the mine gets too big to fit into a single screen

I mean, even if it doesn't, it'd be balanced around the time and resource cost to dig back. But yeah, the secondary reason from Adam actually had a really good point. It would help a lot with performance issues in the mine for late game.

@turbid wraith you can add a bypass option, and it will take more flare and few days than usual

And this bypassed locations can be still explore
Also skipping qi pools when your qi is full, is a good idea
