No Car in Main garage?

Hi, I have a question. My friend is trying to get into the main garage and he is there, but when he wants to mod his cars they don’t show up. When he goes to the computer the cars are there, but he can’t take them out — he can only delete the cars from the parking spots. What is he doing wrong?

Please go back to the world save, and delete the FIRST car saved to the garage, and save it again, all the other cars should show up once that is done.
