Polisher Not cleaning glass + more

I've noticed some odd behaviours and I'm not sure if it's a bug or not.

• Polisher completely ignores glass
• Even after polishing, using a sponge on the panel will use up durability
• You can go over the same panel multiple times and it will play the audio cue as if it's polishing again
• For the cost, it would expect it to tackle rust as well, but I understand if that's an intentional decision.

The polisher is meant to polish paint and clean up the interior.
For glass cleaning you'll still need to use sponges, otherwise sponges would become obsolete.
The polisher will remove dirt layers beyond what the sponge can do, there's 3 different cleaning methods, Rust removeal via rust brush, Dirt removal via sponge, and Polishing via Polisher.
