the idea would be that you could chose a certain faction that you couldn't have at your stall while a cop passes it (or you could choose multiple) doing the golden ticket of that banned faction would give you the cosmetic of that respective faction

how the challenge works is that 1 less customers will show up, 2 you can only sell to the factions that are banned, 3 when a cop is close to the stall customers that aren't already at that stall will pass the stall instead of going to it, 4 if a cop catches you the challenge restarts.
