i have the same problem, the only thing i did was try to join some guilds when the update released and when i tried to join a guild that recruited members and invited me, it said that im already in a guild which i cant even see. The same problem OP has in the screenshots

I found the Guild i was in and left the problem is that there is no indication in wich guild you are so its confusing
