After noticing that the Finger Bearer and Cursed Spirits had no animations or models, I finished the quest and went to Story mode to check the levels. This further reinforced the issue, as the bosses in Acts 1 and 4 had no models appearing, and the same grey character was shown instead. While playing a stage, the Lizard Curse, Cursed Spirit, Tall Cursed Spirit, and Finger Bearer all had no models or animations. (Also Transfigured Human and Cricket Curse)
