monarch badge no monarch unit/memorial

Summon a Unit/Memoria with Monarch/Divinity off of one of the banners badge

so i got the achievement and badge for getting a monarch/divinity unit/memorial from banner right. and when i check my inventory it is not there i even checked my settings to make sure i had turned off the setting that fuses/ sells the unit with traits which i had turned off before hand. now im just wondering where did that memorial/ unit go
