Tournament lag

This happens in almost every tournament, a lot of spawned enemies, the game goes to 10 fps and a lot of stuff stops working, for example, cid nuke crashes the game or just doesnt work.
So some type of change on tournaments has to be done so it stops lagging that much, maybe less enemies or something
