Gogeta attack bug problem (visual

I don't know why but when my gogeta is attacking there no animation and effect and sometime it take more time then say. like the spa is 4.9 and it take 6 second before attacking. I have visual effect on to.
and i check if it was because of the follow up attack and no it not because of that in the video you can clearly see he doesnt have animation and he is still killing enemies. It is clearly a bug because if it was working like it was suppose to be he should do the kamehameha after his first attack and he clearly doesnt do it. So in conclusion for me it is really a visual bug that can be annoying when your playing for visual aspect or just gameplay wise because it does affect the character in term of damage because his follow is less faster then it suppose to be if we look at the passive.
