Guts Bugs Griffith in Eclipse Ability

I was trying to do tournament play and decided to use Guts along with Griffith, but every time I used Griffith's Eclipse with Guts in the deck/on the field, the simple monsters wouldn't stop coming and it even came when I Retry the stage or when I took Guts out of the deck through the game.
At times Apostles kept coming even after the game was over.
