Greetings, if a bug hunter or dev can look this over and confirm if this is as a bug (likely or if it is) that would be awesome just wanna let others know including myself (for confirmation)

Desc if you don't feel like watching: Vergil only follows with CC Effect and NOT Mark like he used to do
