im unsure if this is a bug or the dev just felt like adding something that applies to all units to Jin Mori's passive

if he's actually ignoring 30% he should be at 0.6x since damage reduction only reduces 70%

I'm pretty sure this "ignores damage reduction" only applies to enemies that take less damage, and not the life drain modifier
