gogeta's instant transmission should clear negative status ailments off of him when he teleports
it wont be too op because it will have a 20 second cooldown (the normal cooldown of the ability) and people are usually spamming it to keep the 20% spa buff. so it would be a bit of a fair trade off to sacrifice dps to clear the negative status effects such as a 10 second stun
ik a gogeta buff sounds ridiculous but this one is strategic and comes with a fair trade off
