It doesn't really make sense for there to be a reroll history yet no reroll counter, and especially when you consider that we have a known value for monarch pity, too. A reroll counter makes it way easier to track monarch pity and also gives some insight into how good/bad your luck is...
Only disadvantage (for the developers) to having this is that figuring out the pity values for the other mythic traits becomes a little easier, but that's about it.
