The Ghost Devil will manifest upon having Himeno use her "Sacrifice" Ability.

The Ghost Devil will have two modes which it randomly alters between

STATIONARY

This will be the mode it starts at.
While stationary the Ghost Devil will randomly attack enemies using its arms
There is no set Cooldown
The less hp the enemies near it have the more often it will attack

FEAR TRACKING

In this mode the Devil will walk along the track in pursuit of "fearful" enemies (fearful is an effect that is applied to all low hp enemies and enemies who got stunned twice or more)
While walking on the track the Ghost Devil will crush enemies beneath its immense amount of arms
Upon having killed enough fearful enemies the Devil will walk around the track for a while before randomly choosing a location to switch back to "stationary"
