Song jinwu ability cooldown not showed

when someone else uses song jinwu ability i cant use it for the 60 second cooldown but i can't see the timer.
Just get with smn in a inf, both of you max your sjw tell your guy to use his abilty after that you wont be able to use your sjw ability which i know is normal but you wont be able to see the cooldown either which that is my problem
