What I do is a Notepad++ regex search on my save file using "[a-zA-Z]{3}": \[ then copy out the search results and paste it into LibreOffice using the fixed-width text parsing option to pull out the letter combos. From there, it's a quick VLOOKUP then filter to find the elements reporting as No on the GDoc (using the data dump from the last tab). If any of that sounds unfamiliar, feel free to skip it, but it only takes a couple of minutes to do once you have the hang of it.
