Birth

Born on the hot, dusty, desert planet of Omolon-5, Charles "Chuck" Colason was the fifth generation in a family of slime people who etched out their existence in the desert. Being in a desert, they had to drink what they had on hand; most often, this would be alcohol. As a slimeling, Chuck was around copious amounts of alcohol, mostly whiskey and tequila.

Early Life

Chuck's life as a child involved him running around the family's moisture farm, working to harvest any condensation possible; it is perhaps due to this that he became resistant to alcohol. He mixed lots of drinks together, mostly to create "new flavors of water," which was mostly sugar and water. One day, his grandfather, Bucky Colason, happened upon this, and informed Chuck of a special mix known as "The Jungle Juice." This embedded itself in his core, and for the remainder of his natural life Chuck would search for this divine mixture.

Dry, Dry Outpost

When Chuck came of age, he moved to a relatively large town known as "Dry, Dry Outpost." This place was set up by colonizers from the Republic of Space Texas, and it was there that he opened up a bar: The Cactus Juice Saloon. Whatever he made from working the bar, he would send 25% back to his family to support them.

While working there, a bigwig from Nanotrasen happened by the saloon and ordered the young bartender to surprise him; naturally, Chuck whipped up a less complicated, refined version of the Jungle Juice, mixed from every drink at the station and presented in a chilly bucket of ice. Soon after, he received a letter offering him a job in Nanotrasen's service department aboard a space station.

Employment at Nanotrasen

Chuck, in spite of his family's protests, took the job opportunity. At the age of 28, he went to the Omolon-5 Spaceport, where he got to say his last goodbye to his aging grandfather, who told him he was proud of his grandson for landing a job at the prestigious Nanotrasen.

When working at the bar, Chuck tends to employ many different strategies, ranging from using chemical mixers to create unique beverages to running "Pill Bars" where he only serves water and pills filled with the contents of his alcoholic beverages for patrons to take, thus allowing the alcohol to hit them all at once.
