From my understanding, smart contracts are atomic.so transactions either fully complete or fully revert without leaving partial state. But at the network level, things seem different. If a Layer-2 like Hemi experiences downtime, transactions simply stop rather than fail mid-execution. In that scenario, what are the main risks to users. especially for time-sensitive contracts like auctions and how does Hemi’s Proof-of-Proof design ensure that ownership and funds remain secure and recoverable even during prolonged outages?
