Server says "multiple servers running or another process using port"

Versions: SPT 4.0.13 fika whatever the latest version is
Networking: radmin vpn
Description: I set up the network and put the ip in the .jsonc but when i launch the server it says there is another server/process using the port, I assume this refers to my VPN but don't know why they would conflict as the VPN is supposed to enable it.

You can find your log file at %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov\Player.log

If you do not attach any logs, we will close the ticket without warning.

1. just drag the file here to upload it, much easier
2. VPN ips are private. hence virtual private network. do not censor them, then we cannot help.

please also upload a screenshot from your vpn software that shows your ip
