can i stream the process to you by any chance? i chose my computer in my fritzbox (router) and opend the ports

but when i run those ports through a port checker, it says they are closed

I can only suggest to check if firewall rules were applied correctly, if so - then router does not open port, whether it needs a restart, certain option to be enabled or you'll have to contact your isp and ask what kind of cgnat magic they do.

me and my buddy applied the correct firewall rules, i guess its an issue with my router. thanks for the assitance!

i dont have a static ip v4, i guess thats the issue, my provider uses ds-lite

Not aware how dual-stack functions tbh, I bet MissingTarget would give me a tutor in such regard.
Radmin VPN is always an option until you figure it out on forwarding.
