#BTR Error when trying to use services. greyed out, red error message. Can't travel

I've attached logs, please see title. Latest version. Thank you. BTR is unusable, thought I did use it once tonight first raid last two maps couldn't travel or send items to stash.

There are more mods installed than Fika and there are no errors related to the BTR in your Player.log
