Networking: Radmin VPN
Description: Client cannot see his gun shooting, only cycling. He cannot see or hear anyone else shooting. Anything that dies stays standing up and isnt lootable for him. He cannot take or deal damage with guns, but can kill anything with grenades. We have gotten rid of lootradius and declutter to no effect.

Get rid of vram cleaner and the other cleaner

Otherwise you are on your own with that amount of mods.

Start paring it down until things are correct. There's too much there for me to look at on mobile.
