Description: I'm the one setting up the server through the VPN method. After putting in the webserver URL in the launcher, the launcher no longer works and contains the error: "No server available at 'SPT' to connect to..."

How did i hijack an open ticket? I thought i created a new ticket with the ticket command? How do i create a new ticket if this is the case?
No you are fine - The post the other person they responded deleted their post(you can see the "original message deleted" above their reply)
ah ok
Can I ask what VPN you are using?
There are two main types of VPNs ones designed to protect your privacy while browsing and other ones meant to establish a virtual LAN (local area network). I'm not familar with the 45.132.x.x one being used by any providers like Radmin, Tailscale, or ZeroTier.
If your using a custom VPN thats ok - Just may be outside my complete area of expertise but just wanted to make sure it wasn't a Mullvad, NordVPN or similar service as those likely won't work they way you want here.
So the idea behind a VPN like NordVPN is that the tunnel is established between your PC and the VPN provider which means no one else can get into said tunnel. So if you have that setup on a VPS or server then nothing else can connect to that tunnel (without extra effort and setup) and at that point you might as well use a VPN that designed for it aka one of the VPNs that provide a virtual lan
So if your interested in using a VPN that is setup for that my recommendations would be Radmin, Tailscale (bit more complex and less user friendly than Radmin but depends on tech skills), Zerotier (also less user friendly but depending on your tech skills may be as easy to use as radmin)
Oh ic, So i'd just do the same thing on the wiki but with radmin and it should work?
Also am i the only person that needs the vpn?
my friend would only need the url to join me right?
Yep whoever is going to join would need to be on the same VPN network
