Client can't connect SPT launcher to my SPT server

Networking: Radmin VPN
Description: My friend can't connect his SPT launcher to my SPT server despite trying to follow instructions, I tried to ping him and vise versa but he gets something called "General Failure"

I'm using a dongle and he's using a home broadband

I just find this a bit strange really because last time I played with him it was 3.10 and we didn't have any problems

Well the server is running and he can't hit it using the correct IP, so it's an issue on your end most likely. I would guess there's a firewall issue somewhere, 3rd party or Windows Defender

He's not hosting the server, so he wouldn't

It won't hurt, but he can't hit the server, so it's not his problem as far as I can tell
