@tidal mesa please attach any applicable log files and mod lists while waiting for help!
You can find your log file at %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov\Player.log
If you do not attach any logs, we will close the ticket without warning.
You installed SPT incorrectly. Download spt installer from the spt website and install it fresh, get it working before installing any mods (including Fika).
ok, let me try that
Work with the SPT discord for installing spt questions or issues. Fika is just a mod.
Ok, do you have any idea why this occurs? The Fika docs do not say anything about changing the URL in the settings, but I need to for it to work? Should I not have to change this? Or is this just in a place I am not seeing in the docs?
Also, I was able to get past after re-install
If the server and launcher are on the same PC, you don't have to change anything. If they aren't, you do
I'm getting this error too. I've tried eliminating other easons than the FIKA install, and at this point I'm fairly certain that's what breaks.
I have:
- Ensured that BSG tarkov works correctly, started raid and played some.
- Installed clean SPT with installer (not manual) after that. Tried running it and it works.
- I have forwarded ports and made sure they are open when server is running.
- I have tried deleting and recreating profiles in many different ways.
- Repeated this 5-6 times at this point.
- I also verified integrity of game files in official launcher before installing SPT.
- I have tried different IPs, leaving it at default 0.0.0.0, changing to 127.0.0.1 & my WAN adress.
But every time I install FIKA and try to start game I get this error, at some point I got the spt-core.dll being incorrect version error also.
