I even compiled the latest pieces of the git myself - same thing (this is why the version in screenshot is newer).
If I fall back to FIKA 0.9.8974.33217 the load into raid is instant...
I cannot find any culprit in the player.log or bepinex logs
I also tested to offload everything to another pc with the dedicated plugin, same thing.
When it finally loads into Raid (about 10mins) it works as "it should" - can extract ... everything

EDIT: OMG - I searched the Discord for related problems and.... It was NVIDIA Reflex + VSYNC... cant believe it, I deactivated both and it now loads instantly
