there are two very common reasons why people are not able to see each other's raids:

the person hosting the server, who is running aki.server.exe and has the server console up on their screen, has not installed the fika-server mod. note that there are two components to fika: a client plugin and a server mod, and the release links both and they are both necessary

if this is the case, the server is likely showing red error messages like [UNHANDLED] /fika/ping or some such

both people have followed some 3rd party youtube video on how to host Fika and both people have done the same steps and then connected to their own server. only one person needs to run aki.server.exe, and anyone joining that hosted server needs to connect to the friend's server, not their own. if everyone in the party edited http.json and is running aki.server.exe, this is your problem.
