Insurance return at 100% failing to return items

• AKI version: 3.8.3

• VPN (Which one?) or Port Forward? Port Forward

• Explain Problem: using SVM setting the insurance return to 100% and instant, the return does not happen. The message comes in with no items attached.

• What have I tried so far:
Not a whole tbh. I'm kinda confused, as without FIKA this works fine

• Logs: Post your Player logs along-side the ticket so we can quickly identify any potential issues & get your ticket resolved as quick as possible. The path to find them is: %AppData%..\LocalLow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov\Player.log

No errors, screenshots below show my current mods. As mentioned above. I just installed fika to play with a friend, ended up getting killed, insurance return was empty or I had no access to that message? Not sure

Context further: I never clicked a button and just logged in 15 mins ago to check the insurance return
