#Specific players can’t connect to server sometimes

I don’t know if this happens to anyone else but I host around 60 total players within my fika server and even if 3 are online or none, sometimes two specific people says they can’t connect to server even when other people can get in just fine. Yes they are up to date, yes they have the right IP, version shouldn’t even matter just the IP.

Are they able to get into the game or are they stuck at the launcher saying default server 'SPT-AKI' is not available, im currently having an issue with getting into server as well and i cant get past the launcher.
