the host has their radmin ip bound and forced in f12?
upnp is off?

if port forwarding you have to check that your ip is static at first

then we left upnp on and force ip empty

#

now everything works fine

if you're forwarding, upnp is more likely to cause an issue
as it's automatic port forward
