Thanks for your response, this is the guide i was talking about. Applied it with his stats and all but doesnt fix it. But without fika the stutter isn't present.

You only encounter this with Fika installed? Even when playing solo and no other mods?

Made a new spt install with same mods, copied my mpt profile to the spt and works fine

Dropped the fika release in it and its there
