I have done all the steps in regards to setting up a server with radmin and my friend cannot still see my hosted game, any help?

so with that, how does he laucnh the lucnhere without the server? when he laucnhes just the luancger it says "SPT AKI - NOT AVAILABLE"

Critical thinking lacking
Because he needs to connect in to your server, using settings and inserting your IP in address there in the Aki.Launcher.

That means you haven't done your part related to firewall and port forwarding.
