"unable to connect to the server make sure that all ports are open" error

• Explain Problem: I am server and client host. Friends are able to connect using aki launcher, but when I host raid, they are getting unable to connect to the server error.
I'm assuming TCP is ok since they are able to connect to the server but UDP is the issue since they are unable to join raid.
running UDPtesterClient and UDPTesterServer they are being stuck on connecting
• What have I tried so far: checked tcp/udp settings on router, ran the firewall fixer and also added firewall exceptions for TCP UDP etc
• Logs and screenshots are added

@ashen monolith In the F12 menu, select Fika.Core and put your public IP address into the Force IP box.

udptesterclient and udptesterserver seems to be working OK if i put in my public IP.
Will be trying to host raid later tonight and will report back if the issue is resolved

im having this same issue with radmin and weve both ran the firewall tool and have tried all of the faq fixes

@acoustic sierra @plucky carbon I went ahead and decided to stop with port forwarding and went through with Radmin VPN.

Fresh install of SPT, Radmin VPN and following the guide videos that were avail on this discord channel worked for us and we are now able to play without any issues.

I recommend watching the guide videos, as firewall inbound/outbound rules for the exe program is explained on those videos but there were no mentions of that from guides, and make sure host fills force IP and forcebindIP on F12 menu

Ive done all of that and im using radmin and still getting the issue

id recommend keeping the auto installer, getting rid of all the installed spt and running a fresh install and following the video guides, that's what helped us get in...
other than that if probably opening a support ticket of your own so the mods/admins can help you out if youre still having issues after all the fresh installs

Id make sure then that both host and client have escapefromtarkov.exe file from the SP folder file added in inbound/outbound rules of firewall, and make sure the correct VPN IP is added into ForceIP and ForcebindIP and native sockets enabled on F12 menu, UDP 25565 on both

and we both added tarkov and aki.server and aki.launcher to firewall

and no you dont use udp 25565, thats for port forwarding. For vpn it says use 6969 as port

6969 is TCP port, for AKI launcher URL

aki launcher already had it we just removed the 127.0.0.1 and added in my host ip

but basically from my understanding of trying to figure this out is that TCP is used to connect to the aki server and UDP is used for Player 2 player traffic once in the game

but the client can connect to my server just fine, its only when I start a raid that it gives the error

yeah id recommend try setting the udp on f12 on both to 25565 and VPN IP for forceIP and forcebind IP and try that way!

and no we tried the 25565 and it still didnt work

the client and host should both have the VPN IP of the host

once you set ip and 25565 udp port i would also restart everything server and launcher to make sure its set

but yeah if that doesnt work then im not sure of what the issue could be thats just what we did for our group

just save your mods to another folder, delete all spt, fresh install and follow these video to a T, once running you can add the mods again
