server is on one IP you need to portforward your public on port 25565 UDP

friend needs to aswell

#

then place your public in Force IP and Force Bind IP
and friend places public in Force IP and Force Bind IP

nvm sorry, we figured out it was his issue when he was doing the ip, he forgot the port
