• Explain Problem: When I find a new item on my fresh account, like for example a fireclean, it is shown identified. Once I extract with the item its unidentified in hideout. This happens on PMC and Scav. Same with every key I find in raid.
• What have I tried so far: Did a complete reinstall, did not fix the issue.
• Logs: Post your Player logs along-side the ticket so we can quickly identify any potential issues & get your ticket resolved as quick as possible. The path to find them is "%AppData%\LocalLow\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov\Player.log"

Am I allowed to post here? I have the same problem. Was unable to transfer/ID unidentified gear after a scav and had to sell to fence. This happened earlier today. SPT 3.8.0, SAIN, Swag+Donuts, Live Flea Prices, UnheardKukri, Borkel's NVGs, RaiRai Ammo Stats. They already kicked me out of SPT support since we're running Fika

Known, but it's more related to bugs rather support.
And this is a Fika issue, i do not think SPT has it.

Is there a setting or a mod that can get all items to be identified? This would be an okay workaround for now.

Most likely it wouldn't help, neither svm or profile editor could.
