Who does even start a post like that? Why would i need all of this useless info
Only one person(read PC) is required for hosting.
Insert your VPN IP in both mptcoop config and in http.json, be sure you do not run 2 servers at the same time.

#

Given the VPN we're talking about like LAN one, Hamachi/Radmin/etc.

yes radmin vpn

Roughly speaking, you don't need to open ports if you use VPN, so it can't be closed port issue, given the fact you don't have weird windows perms/settings.

that got the server running, putting my vpn ip in the http note

#

i should have the hosts ip in the url?

patent solar

You're the host, insert same Radmin IP you put in configs.

gotcha

Just in case, because initial post message forces me to do a sanity check, only one person need to run the AKI server, the rest should connect to it.

👍

#

im in and have the config with my vpn ip inserted in force and bind, and cant see the host

patent solar
#

First of all, it's the Host who needs to bind that, second of all, you couldn't possibly not see him if he did created a session.

#

That may only mean that he isn't in the same server.
I'm really starting to question what you've set up there already.

apoligizes, to sum this up im one person getting 3 pcs on a vpn to all work :c the other ppl r asleep and i wanted to surprise them with a running mpt for us

patent solar
#

lulwot?
are those 3 PC is within same network?

#

You wouldn't need a VPN in such case.

#

under one house so its LAN, im getting the ips and stuff mashed up, i think i messed up the first connection to the host

#

lemme check the other pcs ip and check if theyre correct

patent solar
#

I mean, you can still use RadminVPN, according to one of the users - it will just treat Radmin's IP as LAN, aka within internal network, but it's no matter in this case in terms of troubleshooting your current issue

#

its ok, i think i found it out

#

one of the joiningg pcs had the url set to the host

#

it shoud be their own right?

patent solar
#

Bluntly speaking, you should have a single IP everywhere.

#

And yeah, If PC 1 hosts, you connect to that PC 1 VPN's IP inside Aki.Launcher.

fixed it all up, thank you for your time
