Can't install a VPN

Tried installing Mullvad at first but failed, and then tried installing ProtonVPN but also failed, I came back to try installing Mullvad VPN failed again and it gave me a ProtonVPN error (For some reason).

Just reinstalled the entire OS, solid installation as how I usually installed it.

It successfully failed to install the vpn
