Description: so whenever i play a game, the performance is solid and everything, but after a while, the performance heavily drops to the point it's unplayable
That happens with any game i play for a while, and the only way to restore the performance is by unplugging or replugging the charger, depending if it's already charging or not, and stays like that for a while
Reproduce:
- Open a game (doesn't have to be steam specific)
- Play
- Notice the performance drop
- Unplug or replug to restore
Expected: i don't have that performance drop in first place
Actual: i have it
Image: in a separate msg coz char limit
And that happens even if the image was up to date
It happened even on stock fedora from what i remember, not even atomic
Additional info: the power governor thingy is set to performance
