What it is:
The frame builder could be a handheld or wrist gadget that could be used for creative mode and play mode building to significantly speed up the building process. I think a lot of us can agree that building frames can be REALLY annoying since you have to run around and place so many different blocks, forcing you to constantly search through your inventory to find the block you need. The Frame Builder would have two modes, frame building and wall building. To indicate which mode the item is on, it would have a small screen at the top that would either say “FRAME” or “WALL.”
What it does:
Similar to the Maker Pen from Rec Room, the frame builder would work similarly, except it would show a visual of the frame you’re building before placing it after you let go of either B or Y (depending on what hand it’s in). It would be used to quickly build large frames that could be something as simple as a 1x1x1 frame (a block), to something as large as a 19x19x19 frame. For uneven frames, the frame builder would automatically fill in the blocks that don’t exist with the largest/longest block(s) needed to fill in the gap. An 11 block long beam for example would have 3 1x1x1 blocks and a single 1x8x1 beam. The Frame Builder can also be used to create 2D frames, like a frame for the wall of a house.
Secondary Mode:
The frame builder would also have a second mode, Wall Builder mode. You could switch to this mode by simply pressing A or X (depending on which hand you’re holding it in). For uneven walls or ones that don’t exist, 9x9 for example, it would use an 8x8 with two 1x8s on two sides and maybe a 1x1 in the corner to connect them (if it’s a square wall).
Play Mode Usage:
It just uses basic pillow blocks, not reinforced (it would be too op).
