with so many new songs, you might want to skip to a certain part, instead of having to listen to the whole thing each time you need to get to a certain part
either for map creation, or just because it's your favorite part
so the song skipper would... let you skip to parts in songs
input a %, and it'll go to that part of the song when powered
it also sends an output when at that % of the song on the other side of the block
other niche details:
continuing to power it does nothing past the skip, so you have to unpower it and power it again to skip back again
if not powered, or powered before a song, new songs that are starting (in that speaker color) will automatically start at the set time
