Day and night cycle setting

Make it so you can change it where if you want it to be night when you playing the game you can switch on a setting that makes it night or sunset or day

Wouldn't work well considering that bat mobs spawn at night (when people are on the higher part of the map)

An alternate solution for you is to use the time setter thing from the Facility/Wiring tech web (forgot the name)
