Explain this they both look the same

And yes I’ve played return of the ancients
So basically the yeeps took a baby garg to their world and then it then evolved to fit into the world and its size (it became smaller and different)

They kinda look the same. (They have the same 4 tenticals on the front, they have the spots and the 3 eyes)
ALSO IT GAINED FINS TO BETTER TRAVERSE THE YEEPS SHALLOW ENVIRONMENT
