First of all, this suggestion is different than

My idea is when you have a glowing item, you can repaint the glowing parts with any different color(including neon), but you can’t paint other parts with the neon paint, so for example, if I want to paint the new demon wings with a neon blue color, I can paint the neon parts any color, but I can’t paint the brownish red color a neon color

Please don’t get mad at me for “copying the other suggestion” I came up with this idea and then saw the other suggestions
