This is a rough idea of what the potion version would look like it's like a mix of a cannon and a cotton dispenser and you can have an item version where you can shoot stuff like butt joes at people

It would work like a regular cannon but you could put it on your arm but it would have less knockback and less cotton damage but you can take it a step further with mini potion cannons it gives the effect but only for the time with the regular brew shroom not the long one and you can affect you self with it affect pvp in the game along with how people may use potions in the game (Problems would emerge with trolls because of how it would work but we have the nullifier potion which you can put in a cannon to help you)
