Its a power block that only gives power if you are looking at the block. It still works even if a prop or other block is covering it (activates if facing it). It has a wire port on top going out. The main thing I want to use this for is a mech design where if i look forward, the front mech eye is on but if I look to the side then the corresponding eye is on(when I say eye, I mean a light block).
