Rotating trading shop

A rotating shop that has a single random block in a random unobtainable color (would be different for everyone)

It’d cost either the same amount or slightly more than it does on the techweb, and would have its own tab next to the ‘paint’ section of the inventory.

Also something I forgot to add: limited blocks would be added to this to increase rarity of specific blocks, as well as add new colors to the limited ones
