A block that would allow you to change the speed of the flow of time in your map ranging from 0.5 speed to 3.0 speed, would need voting in wilds obviously. Could be useful for making movies, and some other things.

Pretty much everything.

Slower signals, doors, projectiles, etc.

Well, it would probably either have a reverse effect of radiation, or just decrease gravity to give off the effect (talking about slowed time)

Sped up time would probably just increase gravity and give a speed boost.
