It should be a paint slot as paint is a very key part when building and its found at the bottom of the inventory and its quite annoying to always go down to get it when the important blocks are near the top. It should also get affected by left-handed mode or have its own setting to determine it position. Either not have it purchasable and it is a base feature, or have it as an item for 100-300 buttcoin next to the suburb paints.
