You know how the ocean update added water, and beach biome that when shifted down doesn't have walls?
The snow biome should have it's own stuff or else it will just be the exact same as the suburbs (like it is now):
Snow is a layer that can be walked through but not seen through, once walked through the snow dissapears, it also regenerates and the height of the layer can be changed and It can be put on any biome like water.
If there is something above a block, only the highest block above it will receive snow. The height of any layer of snow is the same regardless of where it is.
The snow biome's ground can be shifted up higher with the entrance than the ground level outside the border and flat art in the background so it can be a mountain.
